Simon and his team have catered for Mum's 80th and also for my son's wedding. The food was gorgeous but the most notable strength was in the way that the team remained calm and cheerful. They helped us to relax and enjoy the occasions with family and friends.

I thought I'd drop you a line to thank you all on behalf of us both for making our dinner party for 17 old friends such a resounding success!

Everyone was enormously impressed with the quality and flavour of each and every dish (including the yummy canapés) and I was frankly stunned at the calm efficiency with which you seamlessly kept us fed and watered (well, wined) all night, leaving us to spend the whole evening concentrating on our guests rather than shouting at one another in the kitchen!

To cap it all, you left the kitchen in a cleaner and tidier state than you found it (excellent washing-up skills!) An all-round triumph!

How we enjoyed meeting you and being entertained and fed so magnificently by you. You really were the best unexpected element of that surprise holiday ... You really were the most tremendous discovery ..and I do not know how you kept your cool and kept producing feast after feast from that kitchen, or our kitchen.. or Charles and Louisa' kitchen.. or even the outside kitchen at one point?! it will remain a wonder to me!!

Thank you so much for the lovely catering at our PNLD Criminal Law Conference on Wednesday 15th October Police Mutual, Lichfield, it was delightful. The selection, quality and choice was superb!

We were fortunate enough to have Simon Smith cook prepared meals for us while we were staying up at Tixall Gatehouse in Staffordshire. They were fantastic. He could not have done more to make sure that we had the menu we wanted and needless to say the food was delicious. We would recommend him to anybody and have already done so!
