5 Star Preparation
We prepare all your food in our 5 star rated production kitchen in Lichfield and then transport to you in chilled containers.
I finish the cooking on site and where, needed, build a kitchen for the event. I can also cook in your garage, in a tent in the garden or wherever appeals, even under a staircase?
I would always do a site visit to talk through the feasibility with you and organise the best system for both of us. I bring the equipment I need and we always clean up and leave the kitchen 'as found'. Sometimes we leave it even better!
The most important thing for us is to have clear work surfaces when we arrive. I find it’s always better to have pets put away as they can be a hazard during an event.
