Foccacia Bread

Ingredients

500 gms                Bread flour

315ml                    Warm water

15gms                   Fresh yeast

15gms                   Sugar

15gms                   Salt

Method

Mix the flour and salt together. Put the yeast and sugar into the warm water and stir until the yeast has dissolved. Pour the liquid into a well in the flour and knead into a dough. Knead the mixture for 5-10 minutes until you have a smooth mixture. Add your extra sexy bits ( I used rosemary, sun blush tomatoes, Shropshire blue and pickled walnut, thyme and any other ingredients you may like)
