Fig and Gorgonzola Tart
Ingredients
8ozs Gorgonzola
4 Fresh figs
6 Rashers Parma ham
1 Sheet puff pastry
Fresh basil
Method
Lay the puff pastry on a Greased baking tray and cover with sliced figs, Parma ham and crumbled Gorgonzola. Grind a little pepper on top and cook in a moderate oven for 10 minutes. Finish with fresh basil just before serving. You may also add some chopped nuts for texture, Macadamia or pecan work well
